1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • You must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Refunds are only applicable to course purchases, not subscription renewals.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases may have different refund terms.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed.
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
  • Test series or mock tests that have been attempted.
  • Downloaded study materials or notes.
  • Courses purchased during flash sales or with special discount coupons (unless stated otherwise).

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Gatewallah account.
  2. Go to your purchase history in account settings.
  3. Click on 'Request Refund' for the eligible course.
  4. Fill out the refund request form with the reason for your request.
  5. Alternatively, email us at refunds@gatewallah.com with your order details.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification about the status of your request.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund credit may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Partial Refunds

  • In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on content accessed.
  • Partial refunds are calculated proportionally to unused course content.
  • The decision for partial refunds is at the sole discretion of Gatewallah.

6. Course Cancellation by Gatewallah

  • If we cancel a course before completion, you will receive a full refund.
  • We will notify you via email about any course cancellations.
  • Alternative course options may be offered in lieu of refund.

7. Technical Issues

  • If you experience technical issues preventing course access, contact support first.
  • Our technical team will attempt to resolve issues within 48 hours.
  • Refunds for technical issues are considered case by case.
  • Extended access may be provided as an alternative to refund.

8. Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
  • You retain access until the end of the paid period.
