1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- You must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Refunds are only applicable to course purchases, not subscription renewals.
- Promotional or discounted purchases may have different refund terms.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed.
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
- Test series or mock tests that have been attempted.
- Downloaded study materials or notes.
- Courses purchased during flash sales or with special discount coupons (unless stated otherwise).
3. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your Gatewallah account.
- Go to your purchase history in account settings.
- Click on 'Request Refund' for the eligible course.
- Fill out the refund request form with the reason for your request.
- Alternatively, email us at refunds@gatewallah.com with your order details.
4. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.
- You will receive an email notification about the status of your request.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refund credit may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Partial Refunds
- In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on content accessed.
- Partial refunds are calculated proportionally to unused course content.
- The decision for partial refunds is at the sole discretion of Gatewallah.
6. Course Cancellation by Gatewallah
- If we cancel a course before completion, you will receive a full refund.
- We will notify you via email about any course cancellations.
- Alternative course options may be offered in lieu of refund.
7. Technical Issues
- If you experience technical issues preventing course access, contact support first.
- Our technical team will attempt to resolve issues within 48 hours.
- Refunds for technical issues are considered case by case.
- Extended access may be provided as an alternative to refund.
8. Subscription Cancellation
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
- You retain access until the end of the paid period.
